Father Xavier Ho, R.G.N. joins us on 22nd August 2003 from the Monastery of Our Lady of Mount Grace, Osmotherley, Northallerton in North Yorkshire.  

Father Ho fled Vietnam by boat in 1979 and was rescued by a British Oil tanker finally arriving in England in November of that year.

He arrived at Ampleforth as a layman in 1980 studied further in Newcastle and trained as an R.G.N. in Bristol. He received the habit at Ampleforth in 1990 and was ordained a Priest in June 1998 arriving at Osmotherley in August the same year.
